About me

About me

The question of what moves people, what strengthens them and helps them grow has been with me throughout my life. The deep desire to understand myself and the people around me has always been one of my greatest driving forces.

I also wanted to understand why I have particular strengths and abilities in some areas, while other things are much more difficult for me. Why I sometimes perceive things differently from others.

This desire to understand has also been a common thread throughout my professional journey.

For more than 20 years, I have supported people and organisations through processes of change. As an HR consultant, recruiter, leader, non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy, solution-focused coach and, not least, as a mother, I have encountered the same truth time and again:

People do not reach their full potential when they have to bend themselves to fit in. They do so when they understand themselves and feel understood. When they are allowed to be who they are.

Today, I bring together the world of business and the world of neurodivergence. The world of structures, teams and leadership with the world of self-understanding, personal development and growth.

I also know much of what I speak about from my own life. Many of my experiences are connected to my own neurodivergence. After years of struggling against my own way of perceiving the world, I eventually came to understand:

It is not about constantly adapting in order to be accepted. It is about accepting yourself. Being authentic. And then choosing a life that truly fits who you are.

That is why my work is not about changing people. I help them understand themselves better and find their own way.

Understanding does not change who we are But it often changes the way we see ourselves
